Parchers Resort is an ideal location for hikers taking on the challenges of the John Muir Trail or the Pacific Crest Trail to resupply. For a $25 storage fee (paid upon pickup), Parchers Resort will store your resupply package for up to 30 days so hikers with even the most adventurous itinerary can get the items they need to stock up on before getting back on the trail. Maximum weight is 25lbs per package. Our store is open seven days a week from  8am to at least 5pm so picking up your package is convenient. The US Postal Service does not deliver to the camp so all packages must be delivered by UPS or FedEx. We DO NOT allow packages to be picked up or shipped from our location.

Something that is very hard to find these days is a place where a backpacker can stay for a single night to acclimate, let alone when that place is only one mile from a trailhead! At an elevation of 9,260ft, Parchers Resort's Hiker Cabins are the perfect solution for Backpackers looking to acclimate before heading off into the wilderness. Parchers also happens to be an ideal place for those wanting affordable lodging while they resupply for a thru Hike. A comfortable bed, a hot shower and a good night's sleep on a real mattress can do wonders for one's energy level! Parchers Resort is so dedicated to backcountry enthusiasts that we actually have a two night maximum with no minimum stay on these cabins during the peak hiking months of July and August.             We serve hot breakfast until 11am during the peak hiking season.  Parchers Resort will fill you up right! We also offer a 10% discount on meals if you show your server your backpack and ask....can't beat that!
