Parchers Resort in the Bishop Creek Canyon is the ideal location for Photography Workshops, Fishing Club Tournaments, Family Reunions, Corporate gatherings and Church Retreats. With outdoor and indoor gathering areas, flexible meal offerings, and a wide array of outdoor activities available, we can help make your group event a success.

Outdoor Gatherings
The stage at the Old Lodge Fireplace and adjacent gathering area is perfect for large gatherings and can be reserved to accommodate your event. With ample seating, scenic surroundings and umbrellas for shade, everyone is sure to be comfortable.
Private Dinners
Groups of 15 or more can arrange for a private meal prepared by our kitchen staff at the South Fork Restaurant during their stay at Parchers. Family style or full service, gourmet or homestyle, you can make up your own menu or leave it up to the South Fork Restaurant staff to create a delicious entree for your group. Two weeks advanced notice required. Prices may vary depending on requested menu.
Group BBQ's
Let the Parchers Staff prepare a delicious BBQ lunch while your group relaxes at our outdoor gathering area. From Burgers and Hot Dogs to Tri-Tip and BBQ Chicken with all the fixin's, our kitchen staff will keep your group well fed during afternoon gatherings. Two weeks advanced notice required, Sunday through Friday only, prices vary depending on the requested menu.

Breakfast
Delicious breakfast entrees perfect for your group or family event!

Classic Pancake Breakfast – Fluffy buttermilk pancakes served with whipped butter and maple syrup or strawberries and whipped cream. A crowd pleaser for sure!

Express Breakfast Buffet- Fresh fruit, yogurt, waffle bar, biscuits n' gravy and an assortment of muffins and pastries can be the perfect accompaniment for a social event on a summer morning.

Sierra Brunch – Scrambled eggs, home fries, thick cut bacon, juicy sausage links, quiche, coffee cake and many more options and totally customizable, all served buffet style - sure to satisfy a hearty appetite!

Lunch
Soup, Salad & ½ Sandwich – The South Fork Restaurant at Parchers Resort can serve a selection of delicious soups, crisp fresh salads and mouth watering deli sandwiches for your group event or meeting.
BBQ Lunch / Shore Lunch– If you’re looking for outdoor service, our restaurant staff can prepare a classic backyard BBQ style lunch with juicy burgers, brats, & polish sausages complimented with our delicious side items. Red potato salad, pasta salad and fresh fruit are some of the more popular accompaniments. The old lodge gathering area is the perfect venue for an outdoor BBQ. For groups utilizing our boat rentals at South Lake Landing, our staff can set up your lunch right on the lake shore so you miss as little time on the water as possible.

Shore Lunch - Have our staff set up a BBQ lunch right on the lake. Burgers with all the fixin's, sausages, & brats are the most requested items.

Home-style or Gourmet, the South Fork Restaurant Staff at Parchers Resort can please any palate.

Tri-Tip and Chicken BBQ – Our most popular dinner option includes marinated tri-tip and juicy BBQ chicken quarters served with salad, ranch style beans, corn on the cob and a buttermilk biscuit.

BBQ Dinner – If you’re looking for outdoor service, our restaurant staff can prepare a classic backyard BBQ style dinner with juicy burgers, hot dogs and polish sausages complimented with our delicious side items. Potato Salad, Pasta Salad and Fresh Fruit are some of the more popular accompaniments. Includes green salad.

Italian Feast – The South Fork staff can prepare several different pasta dishes including Spaghetti Bolognese with Italian Sausages, Grilled Chicken or Shrimp Fettuccine, Linguine with Clam Sauce and Penne with Roasted Garlic and Peppers. All of our Italian feasts are served buffet style and include Caesar Salad and Fresh Garlic Bread.
